Product Warranty
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. As a result, we offer a product warranty stating that the products you buy from DeerCoveGifts.com will be free of defects or you may immediately return the product for a replacement item of equal value.

Money Back Guarantee
Due to the high quality of our products, we are sure that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, then you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase (15 days for Jewelry items) for an exchange or refund.

Include the original invoice with the item in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and we will either exchange it or refund your purchase price (less any applicable shipping charges.) Simply contact our Customer Service Dept. to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a refund check.

Please note the following:

  1. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Shipping charges are not included with any refunds.
  3. Refunds for purchases made with a credit card, will be credited back to the same card.
  4. Refunds for purchases made by check will be issued after a 14 day waiting period in order for the check to clear.

DeerCoveGifts.com reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to issuing refunds. All refunds and/or credits issued are subject to receipt of returned items in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Out of Stock Items
Our suppliers and warehouses normally maintain a remarkable in-stock status of 95% or higher. However, in the event an item is found to be out of stock, you will be promptly notified and you will have the option of placing the item on backorder, requesting a substitute item, or receiving a refund. Unless otherwise specified, an out-of-stock item is generally back in-stock within 30 days time and can be reordered at that time.

We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items illustrated in our web site and our catalogs are photos of the products available at the time of publication. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. All sizes of products indicated or shown here and in our catalogs are close approximations. Although proofreading efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of item descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
